(S.T.D University of St. Thomas, Rome, 1982). He teaches and publishes in the area of Moral Theology and Soteriology.

Research

Father Folsey is now semi-retired, teaching two sections of the Theology of Christian Marriage. Having been associated with Providence College since 1966, he has taught required courses in Christology and Sacramental Theology. He also taught Introduction to Theology and the Theology of Redemption. His doctoral dissertation is entitled, “The Meaning of Expiation Today.”
